Q: Can I try Eko for free?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 page tracking credits with full AI summaries, inline diffs, and email alerts — monitored 3x per day. No credit card required, no time limit. It's a real plan, not a trial.

Q: What counts as a page tracking credit?

Each unique URL you add to your monitoring list uses one page tracking credit. If you remove a page, the credit opens up for a new one. Folders and tracking notes don't count toward your limit.

Q: Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to additional pages and features right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until the period you've paid for ends.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Q: Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Pay annually and save 20% compared to monthly billing. The discount applies to Base, Pro, and Team plans.

Q: What happens if I use all my page tracking credits?

You won't be able to add new pages until you remove existing ones or upgrade your plan. Your existing pages continue to be monitored normally — we never stop tracking pages you've already added.
