Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information — name and mobile phone number when you submit the SMS opt-in form.
• Business information — business name, if voluntarily provided.
• Call and service-request data — details of service requests captured during calls answered by eko.day on behalf of subscribed businesses, including call date, time, and the content of the request.
• Caller-uploaded media — photos and short video you optionally upload via a secure link during or after a call, to illustrate your service request.
• SMS consent records — a record of your opt-in, including the consent text version, timestamp, and phone number, as required for telecommunications compliance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the call-answering and lead-capture service to subscribed home-services businesses.
• Relay your service request to the business that employs eko.day to answer its calls.
• Send SMS text messages to callers who have opted in — appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain telecommunications compliance records, including opt-in consent logs and STOP / HELP response records, as required under applicable regulations.
• Detect misuse and improve the service.

When the business you contacted uses eko.day's media-capture feature, we may text you a secure, single-use link to upload photos or a short video of the issue. Providing media is optional; it is used solely to give that business visual context for your service request and is shared only with them.

Retention. Uploaded media is stored privately and deleted automatically after a set retention period (currently {{90 days}} after the call). You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@eko.day.

eko.day, operated by LAB90 LLC, offers an optional SMS notification channel separate from its voice receptionist service. SMS opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of any LAB90 LLC service — declining has no effect on any voice call, service request, response, or outcome. You opt in only by submitting the form at https://eko.day/sms-opt-in. Subscribers may receive service notifications, confirmations, and reminders from the participating business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS messages: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation text. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for program information and support.

Data requests: To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact us at privacy@eko.day. We will respond within 30 calendar days.
